The white elegant Gordes among “the most beautiful villages of France”. 

Day 1

Arrival in Avignon.

Take your time to visit this town, a UNESCO World Heritage city. The capital of Christendom during the Middle Age is the first highlight of this trip. Do not miss the Palais des Papes,(Popes’Palace) the Cathedral, the Pont Saint Benezet.

Day 2

Avignon > Frigolet Abbey > Graveson > St Remy de Provence

From Avignon, the famous city of the Popes, you ride through Provence to Barbentane, Maillane, Graveson, and St remy de Provence where you will spend the night

Day 3

St Remy >> Les Baux de Provence > St Remy
-Cycling : about 42km -+400m/-400m
from St Remy climb through the heart of the Alpilles Mountains, passed the famed olive groves, and to the perched village of Les Baux.Take your time to explore Les Baux, its castle and Les Carrieres de Lumieres an ancient quarry converted and displaying on huge stone walls different artworks

Day 4

St Remy > Eygalières > Isle sur la Sorgue - 42 km +130/-140m
Today you cross the Alpilles massif to reach the Luberon, but your first stop is Eygalières, surrounded by vast olive groves and its beautiful stone houses. Continue to Cavaillon and Isle sur la Sorgue also called the Provencal Venice with its many water wheels and canals where you will spend the next two nights Dinner on your own and night in Isle sur la Sorgue.

Isle sur la Sorgue > Roussillon > Gordes > Isle sur la Sorgue -Cycling : about 60km +575m/-575
Today's ride leads you on the road of the gorgeous hilltop medieval villages of Luberon.

Day 6

– Isle sur la Sorgue > Venasque > Pernes les Fontaines > Isle sur la Sorgue -Cycling : about 42km -

You’ll head along tiny country roads,cycling through the towns of Velleron, Pernes and its fountains , St. Didier, before climbing to the hilltop village of Venasque.A series of hidden perched villages in the Monts du Vaucluse lead you back to l’Isle sur la Sorgue. Dinner on your own and night in Isle sur la Sorgue.
